Universally acclaimed by the motoring press, its a stunning car with real character.In the same year Mazda launched a Motorsport initiative using the RX-8 for a women's only race series, all drivers behind the wheel of identical race prepared Mazda RX-8's. The championship was broadcast on ITV and was won by Natasha Firman, the sister to then F1 driver Ralph Firman. Now you can drive these race prepared Mazda RX-8 on the fastest circuit in the UK.Visually very similar to the road going version of the Mazda RX-8 but from the moment the door is opened the car becomes a completely different animal. Stripped out with a full roll cage, race seats and a 4-point harness just taking to the drivers seats get the adrenalin going. Out on the circuit the rotary engine powers the car round the sweeping corners of Thruxton."
